I know that sometimes that can be a turn off to some readers, but I would strongly encourage this be read by high school students, young adults, and parents. I really enjoyed the books highly recommend to all. I have gained some benefits from this program, and recommend this book highly to anyone who is interested in and wants to get in shape. The costs vary but all are cheaper than paying to have your hard drive recovered. This was a huge hit.
